Vishal Mega Mart: Promoter Sells 14% Stake, HDFC MF & Singapore Govt Buy In

Samayat Services pared nearly 14% equity stake in Vishal Mega Mart for Rs 7,635.6 crore via open market transactions on February 27.
•
HDFC MF, Government of Singapore, and Monetary Authority of Singapore collectively acquired 6.3% shares in Vishal Mega Mart.
•
Vishal Mega Mart shares fell 7.65% to Rs 117.78 following the significant stake sale.
•
HDFC Mutual Fund acquired an additional 2.01% stake (9.4 crore shares) for Rs 1,100.5 crore.
•
Gaudium IVF and Women Health shares rose 1.59% on its listing day; BNP Paribas bought stakes in IRCTC and Jubilant Foodworks.
