•The current 215 km journey will be shortened to 156.1 km, cutting travel duration from 5 hours to just 2 hours.
•The expressway will pass through Ranchi, Simdega, Gumla, and Khunti, enhancing inter-district connectivity.
•It will connect to the Delhi-Kolkata NH Highway, improving access to major cities like Kolkata and Delhi.
•Connectivity between industrial hubs in Jharkhand (Jamshedpur, Bokaro, Dhanbad) and Odisha (Rourkela, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Angul) will be greatly strengthened.
