ACME Greentech inks 2 PPAs with SJVN for 450 MW FDRE project

• ACME Greentech Seventh, an arm of Acme Solar Holdings, signed two Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with SJVN Ltd.
• The agreements are for supplying 450 MW under a Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) Power Project.
• PPAs have a 25-year tenor; the tender (Tranche-FDRE-4) was awarded after an e-reverse auction on October 9, 2025.
• Projects will connect to ISTS substations, utilizing ACME Solar’s night-time connectivity in high-irradiation zones in Rajasthan.
• ACME Solar will provide 4 hours of assured peak power during non-solar hours with 90% availability, bringing total PPA capacity to 6,270 MW.
