Serentica Renewables Secures First Textile Sector Deal with Sanathan Polycot

• Serentica Renewables signed a 32-MW renewable power purchase agreement (PPA) with Sanathan Polycot, an arm of Sanathan Textiles.
• This marks Serentica's first deal in the textile sector, extending its decarbonisation solutions.
• A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) has been established to deliver 32 MW of hybrid, round-the-clock renewable energy.
• Sanathan Polycot will hold a 26 percent stake in the SPV, with Serentica Renewables owning the remainder.
• The project will supply clean power to Sanathan Polycot’s manufacturing facility in Punjab, supporting its sustainability goals and ensuring cost-efficient green power.
