Sitamarhi's famous confectioner Naresh Sah shares an easy method to make pure and soft paneer for Holi.
•
Boil 3 liters of full-cream milk, then reduce flame.
•
Gradually add a mixture of 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice and an equal amount of water to curdle the milk.
•
Strain the curdled milk through a muslin cloth and wash thoroughly with cold water to remove sourness.
•
Press the paneer in the cloth for 30-40 minutes to get fresh, soft, and healthy paneer.
